My Story

Hello, my name is Sharyn Cook. I have a business that sells Himalayan Salt & Aussie Pepper. We are situated at Tanawha on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Web: www.saltt.com.au



The idea of these funny slogans came about when I was building my Saltt website. I thought that offering my customers a few lighter weighted items to purchase would make their online shopping experience a little more fun and more cost effective. The timing coincided with the 2010 Master Chef Live Festival in Sydney. It was there that I launched my Spice up the Kitchen  products. It resulted in a lot of fun and attention. Sydney people have a great sense of humor, as do chefs.

I must say I surprised myself when I first thought of the apron slogan, it seemed so practical as everyday I verbally offer people textures of salt & pepper to shake, pinch or grind. From that first idea, the other slogans just flowed...I couldn't stop them if I tried. I have a few more slogans and products designed but not yet released. Keep an eye out as they will be added soon.

I really do hope your have as much fun using our Spice Up the Kitchen products, as I have had creating them. I figured with the explosion of the books, Fifty Shades of Grey, it is the perfect time to stop hiding these products and get them out there for everyone to have more fun. ;-)
